• Plan and execute implementations through the entire lifecycle including initial discovery calls, pre-implementation tasks, post-implementation support both remotely and in-person • Manage entire implementation process including uploading databases (item, frequencies, and users) to the facilities Omnicenter and basic ADT, RXP, and RXC mapping.• Develop project plans specific to each customer’s specifications and requirements while continuously outperforming customer service expectations• Diagnose and problem solve technical obstacles ensuring on time go live and seamless implementation• Collaborate with various stakeholders on workflow adjustments to coincide with new Omnicell technology and market advancements• Facilitate and devise training for both customers and internal team members on a variety of Omnicell’s product lines• Balance the management of multiple sites simultaneously all in varying stages of the implementation process• Expand skillset by cross-training in various Omnicell product lines and unique implementations• Responsible for onsite hardware setup and interface mappings
