- Driving Operational Excellence in IT Service Mgt through Performance Mgt- Service Level Mgt of IT Vendors

Key Responsibilities:1. Service Level Management- creation and revision of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Globe Vendors.- establishment of SLA targets that are coordinated with Globe Business Units.- monitoring of vendor performance based on SLAs implemented.- closure on issues directly or indirectly relating to vendor performance.2. Portfolio Management- monitoring of commercial negotiations between Globe and its vendor for the development of system changes/new functionalities.- reporting on real time expenditures for system changes/new functionalities- monitoring of vendor supported applications versus Globe's Application Master List (AML).3. Contract Management- conversion on Service Level Management outputs into contract documents in collaboration with the Globe's Sourcing Management Office Lawyers.- support to Globe Business Units in reviewing contract documents related to Operational issues with Globe Vendors.

- Lead in establishing strategies to determine performance of individuals, teams, and departments.- Integrate KRAs, KPIs, General Metrics, and Specific Metrics into a performance structure- Establish processes necessary for Performance Management System (PMS)

- Lead for Performance Management System (PMS) of all consultants.- Establish performance metrics and standards suitable for a Software Testing Environment.- Lead in automating collection of performance data through VB in MS Excel.- Lead in data management of performance data for reporting and analysis.
