I have 20 years experience in the global mining, mineral and chemical processing industries, spanning, transformation, operational and technical strategic senior leadership roles. I’ve been a company director and board member.I have had extensive experience in leading strategic, transformational programs across a global footprint, delivering improvements in profitability in a sustained manner. These transformational programs have involved considerable organizational cultural change, employee engagement with diverse stakeholder groups. These transformations have resulted in significant improvements in safety performance, operating efficiencies and profitability. My responsibilities have included P&L of USD$400M+ and up to 800 employees. I have been a director and general manager of a number of large facilities and the director of an operational excellence program within a global organization. I have extensive experience in leading global, multi-functional teams. I have worked and lived in 4 continents and have solid understanding and broad experience of working in multi-cultural and multi-national environments. My success has come from a high focus on engagement of stakeholders, broad program planning and a proven methodology of program governance, all whilst keeping a very clear line of sight on the business results & objective.
