Development and design of customer-specific machines and system components from the idea to the declaration of conformity in various industries (e.g. special machine engineering, laser processing machines, automation technology, wheel assembly systems, balancing technology, amusement rides, household appliances and many more)Fields of activity:- Concept development and feasibility studies- Design and drawing derivation in CAD (SolidWorks/SolidEdge)- Data maintenance and parts list management (SAP/Teamcenter)- Design of machine components- Drive dimensioning- Structural calculations using FEM incl. natural frequency studies and vibration behaviour- Flow calculations using CFD and design of turbomachinery- Strength analyses according to FKM guideline- Carrying out risk analyses (Safexpert) and CE markings- Technical documentation and operating instructions- Assembly support- Sales concepts and quotation calculations- Project management (budget and deadline monitoring and task allocation)

Fields of activity:-Evaluation of customer drawings-Development and design of order-specific solutions in the field of balancing machines-Creation of the associated design documents with the help of SolidWorks and SAP ERP-Entering the design documents into the PLM system
