I capitalised on a passion and interest in autograph collections, establishing the organisation in England in expanding the business and its inventory to date in multiple countries to offer autographs and documents for personal and professional portfolios.

Capitalising on my success as the National Building Services and Renewables Leader, I was appointed as the General Manager of the new Sevengen (Calibre Group) business to execute group strategy, projects, and initiatives to deliver results for shared opportunities in the market. This includes engaging with Leadership Teams in Calibre and Diona to advise on and secure buy-in for new growth opportunities.

I managed end-to-end strategies for partnership and renewable technology projects specialising in Building Services and Renewable Technologies. This included connecting with industry partners, both existing and prospective, to secure buy-in for renewable technology projects in addition to overseeing project lifecycles from initial scoping and design through to evaluations, approvals, and construction and delivery.

I was responsible for scoping, planning, and executing renewable technology and engineering projects, specialising in HVAC and Renewable solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. This included engaging internal and external stakeholders to plan projects, identifying requirements and risks, and overseeing all development stages through to commissioning and handover.

I oversaw business development strategies and projects operating from nine national offices delivering Structural; Building Services; Renewables; and Asset Management Engineering and Consultancy services. This included defining strategy to grow business services and enable opportunities to generate new revenue whilst sourcing a new pipeline and engaging with national leaders and teams to determine areas of improvement and advise on specialty projects.

As a member of the Australian Leadership Team, I co-defined strategies whilst managing a portfolio of client projects, advising and consulting on Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Energy Engineering solutions to ensure quality delivery outcomes. I also developed and delivered recommendations for national business development strategies to enable an organisation-wide culture of excellence and improve services.

Initially the Mechanical Director, I was appointed as the then Chief Operating Officer to lead and develop M&E Consultancy practice with a workforce of 60 as a new, innovative division of the organisation. This included defining strategic business plans and governance frameworks for the division in addition to coordinating with the Executive Leadership Team to align group strategy with visions and values.

I defined strategic governance, business plans, and operating standards for a Commercial and Industrial HVAC Contractor in Southeast England. I also owned and operated a Heat Exchanger manufacturing business, providing design, installation, and servicing offers across the UK prior to selling the business when I moved to Australia.

I served as the conduit between the UK and Romanian stakeholders, directing strategies for engineering and import operations from the UK to Romania. This included managing negotiations and performance against Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) agreements; liaising with national leaders as well as regulatory bodies; and establishing robust frameworks for safe and productive operations.

I managed a range of engineering and project management activities whilst on placement through my academic study. In addition to engaging with senior leaders to develop and manage project plans, I also provided recommendations on energy solutions to ensure quality outcomes for safety and efficiency.
