RWI Logistics is a non-asset based logistics provider that is part of the Castellini Group of Companies, headquartered in Cincinnati, OH. The Castellini Company was founded in 1896 on the original Cincinnati produce terminal market and has grown to be one of the largest distributors of fresh produce in the United States. As the Castellini Company grew they began to acquire additional companies to support and grow their business. In 1974 Castellini purchased Riley Whittle, Inc, a trucking company that had been operating since 1954.RWI Transportation grew by using its own fleet and outside carriers to meet and exceed our customers' service expectations. To be able to focus on the growing demand of non-asset based logistics services the strategic decision was made to separate RWI Logistics from RWI Transportation in 2013.Responsible for 6 logistics offices in IN, TX, CO, FL, KY, and KS generating over 100 million dollars in warehousing, LTL, Truckload, Intermodal, and Brokerage sales.

- Managed and directed cartage operations for over 80 facilities throughout the Continental United States with an annual operating budget of over 120 million dollars- Developed a cost analysis and bid process to analyze contractor's costs and profit, saving the company over 25 million dollars from 1997 through 1999- Developed and managed over 200 primary and 1,200 secondary cartage contracts- Developed a national lease and rental program for the company and its contractors which has reduced the company's lease cost by 1.9 million dollars or 24%- Assisted in restructuring truckload contracts reducing dedicated Linehaul costs by 6%- Managed a staff of 12, which included industrial engineers, analysts, and managers.
