SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, BPC, TFS, BIDS - Visual Studio 2012.In my first year here I have been able to contribute by significantly improving the performance of many business processes. One piece of low hanging fruit for me was to convert an Access application that managed member tables in the data warehouse to something that was completely automated. There was an employee pretty much dedicated to working with the old app which was really a poor design overall and would bring the system to its knees every morning. Now the same work is done in about 5 minutes, error free, and is available first thing in the morning. Implemented TFS for ETL package version management, am working on Migrating to SQL2012, BPC 10, Implemented Jira to track projects. Provided fallback to some mishaps with a frequent and robust backup schedule. Have setup email on the SQL servers, consequently have setup email alerts for server issues as well as many data anomaly reports. Much more ... kickin ass so far.
