Radiology Business Solutions is a national consulting firm specializing in assisting healthcare systems, hospitals, and professional practice groups address difficult business issues. RBS is comprised of physicians and business consultants with years of experience in all aspects of professional medical practice business management with an emphasis in radiology and emergency medicine. My role is primarily with regard to providing strategic legal advise and oversight related operations and specific transactions for RBS and our clients.As a long time member of the RBS team, I serve as part of the Company's executive leadership structure. As Chief Legal Officer of RBS, I monitor Company and Client contract status and consult regularly with lead operational team members fulfilling agreement terms. Serving as a trusted adviser and executive, I participate in ongoing strategic planning recommendations giving consideration to legal and business standards. I draft, revise and negotiate agreements related to employment, provider relationships, locum staffing and technology. My work is in the context of healthcare as a highly regulated industry under the structures established by the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statue, HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

My law practice is dedicated to providing specialized service oriented counseling for individual, business and health care related clients. Drawing upon years of experience with business, health care transactions, real estate matters, and extensive litigation of medical malpractice, employment matters and commercial disputes, I am guided toward meaningful outcomes in the best interest of the client.In working through negotiation and litigation projects, I have developed a passion for meaningful skilled facilitation and mediation.
