The GORUCK Cadre are current and former Special Operations military personnel able to establish rapport and tasked to teach, coach, mentor, and consult others in lessons learned on teamwork, leadership, and communication for every event. The GORUCK Cadre build better leaders, better communicators, and better team members through physical events and non-physical seminars. From start to finish, every GORUCK event inspires a small team to do more than they ever thought was achievable. This is possible because the design of each type of event is that it is not about the individual, it’s about the group of individuals becoming a team through camaraderie, smiles, and a sometimes, a gut-check worthy of Special Operations training.
