Responsible for the development and oversight of the consulting business in the retirement plan marketplace for corporate and tax exempt clients within World Investment Advisor's NY Metro office. Bob has extensive institutional experience of approximately 30 years in the retirement plan industry. He brings a fresh perspective as he has spent the majority of his career working for one of the largest retirement plan providers and on several of the largest retirement plan around the country. As a result, his breadth and depth of knowledge include all aspects of defined contribution, defined benefit, ESOP and non-qualified plan including: •Record keeping platforms•Institutional investments and stable value portfolios•Fiduciary governance•Liability-driven investing of defined benefit plans•Buy-in-buy-out strategies of defined benefit plans•Employee engagement and financial education strategiesHis broad insight into the retirement industry may help plan sponsors achieve the desired results for their retirement programs. Bob previously ran the Principal Financial Group’s largest retirement sales and service office in New York City. In this capacity, he personally worked with plan sponsors and retirement plans of all sizes and complexities. Bob supervised a sales team of nine individuals and was responsible for annual goals exceeding 500 plans and $1.2 billion in retirement plan assets. His responsibilities were corporate, tax exempt, ESOP and the defined benefit retirement space. Bob worked closely with his service team of 15 highly trained professionals in delivering top-notch service to plan sponsors. Bob lives in Basking Ridge, New Jersey with his wife, Leslie, and four children, Ryan, Connor, Katie, and Colin. His passions include coaching football and baseball at the youth level and spending time in Long Beach Island with his family.
