As senior project manager I have full responsibility for the development and completion of all project s in my portfolio. My focus is on two market sectors, federal (DOD) and mission critical facilities. My responsibilities include: developing proposals, building fees, initiating the project, executing, monitoring and controlling the financial performance.

Managed the architectural department with three studios; healthcare, higher education, and commercial. The studios completed variety of architectural projects including Patient towers, Airport terminal, Data centers, Zoo exhibits, Animal housing, Office buildings, Police station, City Hall building, and warehouse distribution centers. I led the initiative.
