Rob is a Programme Director on a digital transformation programme for the MOD, the programme is transforming pay and pension services for the whole of the military. Rob’s Tower, Common Services, includes maturing ITSM services to level 5, introduction of new ITSM tooling, ServiceNow and SolarWinds, introduction of new Portal services, refresh of Telephony and Contact Centre services, new IDAM and SOC/SIEM tooling/systems as well as moving Change Management to Jira. Rob is directly managing a team of 8 which includes Programme and Senior Project Managers.

Responsible for a series of complex service take-ons delivered to a portfolio of high profile, blue-chip customers. A leadership role within the business that takes accountability for all services delivered into the allocated customer base which will comprise of large and complex infrastructure and managed service contracts. Acting as the key interface for the customer with a strong focus on managing solution and timescale changes, focussing on contract and relationship management, as well as ensuring that Computacenter are delivering during the business take on and transformation phase.

Responsible for a re-organisation of the service business to accommodate two new product offerings.

Responsible for Day to Day People Management, Service Delivery and Transformation.

Bid work, account development, management of P&L, client management, 3rd Party Supplier Management and Service Delivery.
