Identified an appropriate supervisory training program, sold benefit to upper management and trained over 250 managers, which improved communication/supervision skills and productivity.Led the HR project team in selecting and implementing a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS), which was completed on schedule and improved our database reporting capability.Developed and implemented a company wide "Climate Survey" in order to improve communication and provide management with a tool to monitor employee morale.
