EventHorizon is the Leading Global Summit on Blockchain Technology in the Energy Sector. I'm responsible for the marketing strategy, campaigning and community building around the event. The energy transition is happening and it's happening in Berlin Kreuzberg.

Empowering zalando’s transition to a tech organization. Building the connection in a distributed team and enable employee communities.- strategy development for the community management of 2500+ employee and 200+ communities of interest - manager and consultant for internal communications to the senior tech leadership (SVP Level) through various formats & channels (All Hands meetings, Fireside chats, Q&As)- development of an internal communications strategy, for a business unit of 450 people, that was scaled up to the whole zalando group (8000+ employees) by the internal comms team later- interface and internal consultant to the “diversity & inclusion community”, that drove a dialogue to the C-level leadership and build the foundation for Zalando’s practice of employee resource groups - project management of large multi-location hackathons (Hack Weeks) with up to 1000+ participants, with a 3 months lead time and live broadcasts- development and production of various exchange formats and internal community activities, such as conferences, project fairs, tech talks, etc.- integrated coachings for design sprints in collaboration with the innovation management team, to spread the practice of design sprints across the employee base

Build a lasting und disruptive festival experience, that navigated the challenges of a global pandemic with the foundation we build 10 years ago.- development of Wilde Möhre vision, mission and purpose as one of three founders, creating lasting memories for 50.000 guests over the years- organizational setup & development (scaling a small team to a whole festival production)- brand development, marketing strategy & campaign development- business partner acquisition, relations & coordination (booking, security & safety, technical production, designers, software engineers, etc.)- ticket sales and target group demographics were my personal KPIs- driving, forecasting and tracking ticket sales and sold out the festival

During these two years I worked on several different projects. For once I took care of a crowd funding campaign for a short movie (link below), created several designs for an e-commerce shop framework provider and funded my own company and created the brand and communication strategy for it.

Together with a small team I created a Berlin-based platform for musicians and artists in form of a blog and events. The biggest event we created was the first Hipster Olympics in 2011 to make fun of the pop-cultural trend. In the second year even CNN had heard of it. Besides that we also shot a couple of music videos for artists working with us.
