Over twenty years experience in roles comprising Program and Portfolio Management, Business Analysis, Operations Management and Sales and Marketing within industries including Information Technology, Construction, Utilities, Telecommunications and various Government Agencies.I am an experienced professional with a drive for continuous improvement and adding value, placing an emphasis on identifying those solutions which most strongly meet business objectives and strategies, while making the greatest impact on productivity, customer satisfaction and end user performance and ensuring stakeholder acceptance of the final solution. I have managed a number of teams and possess strong leadership skills and a determination for building a cohesive unit to enable me to get the most out of my staff. I am interested in governance and frameworks and have progressed this further through undertaking a PhD at Queensland University of Technology focussing on Business Process Management Governance.I also currently hold a Director position with the Charity and Volunteering Vietnam Brisbane Organisation. This is a not-for-profit charitable organisation aiming to improve the lives of local members of a community in Brisbane, primarily through developing English language skills and basic p.c. skills
