Responsible for protecting the integrity of the gaming operations owned and operated by the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma.•Schedule, manage, and oversight of the Compliance Department and Compliance Agents. •Ensure staffing needs for 24 hour coverage of all gaming operations.•Direct periodic internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with federal regulations and applicable state laws.•Identify compliance issues that require follow-up investigation.•Conduct internal investigation of compliance issues.•Asses compliance or operational risks.•Maintain documentation of compliance activities.
