I am a Supervisor for Serco working on Gliders for the Air Cadets having been with Serco since July 2019 before that I worked for Signalling Solutions/ Alstom for the last 3 years as Mod5 test assistant.Having been in the R.A.F. for 18 1/2 years working on Aircraft which involve working outside and in all conditions I am used to working shifts and working away from home when needed. I have a background in Aircraft engineering as a Gas Turbine technician working on Tornado Aircraft. I have also worked in Saudi Arabia for 7 years working on Tornado Aircraft. I spent a year working on Tucano aircraft for the R.A.F. before joining Signalling Solutions, in total I have spent 26 years working on Aircraft. After Saudi Arabia I spent 6 years in Thailand working as a SCUBA diving instructor and a Co-Owner of a small property business with my wife buying and selling houses to expats in Thailand. On my return to the UK I worked for a small engineering company building machines for the food industry. This entailed precision engineering and working with a close nit team on tight schedules to complete the orders for the customers. In short I have spent all my working life working in all conditions I can work well under pressure and have a solid Mechanical biased background. I am used to working at any time of the day or night and in any weather.
