Bob trained from a small firm of chartered accountants in Cambridge, through Spicer and Pegler and, with three others set up the now renowned farming department in Deloittes. Training and practical skills were then enhanced through Tradax of Minnesota, Cargill of America, Dalgety, the Greens of Soham farming group and ultimately setting up his own business, buying out his partners in 1997. Bob owns and manages a number of businesses, from accountancy to international training, primarily in farming, specialising in livestock. He is a major investor in Instantpot, and has skills relating to commercial partnership/sponsorship with football clubs. The ProEdge group was founded by Bob and enjoys the help of both colleagues within the businesses and numerous associates covering most areas of finance. The group has clients in Europe, America and Australia. The son of a farmer, Bob lives in Mepal, near Ely in Cambridgeshire.
