Experienced Emergency Manager and Foreign Military Advisor with over 19 years of military service and leadership in combat logistics, security cooperation, and crisis management. Currently serving as Deputy Logistics Section Chief at California’s Office of Emergency Services, where I lead strategic planning and operational logistics for disaster response efforts. I also serve as a Foreign Military Advisor of Logistics in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, where I specialize in security cooperation, multinational logistics coordination, and developing training programs to strengthen partner nation capabilities.With a strong foundation in both military and civilian sectors, I’m passionate about building resilient systems, empowering teams, and delivering results under pressure. My diverse experience includes managing large-scale logistics for military operations, providing security cooperation advisory, and spearheading collaborative efforts during emergencies. In addition, I’ve founded and co-owned a CrossFit gym, which further deepened my understanding of leadership, business operations, and community building.Whether I’m leading Marines, or coordinating emergency responses, I thrive in dynamic, high-stakes environments where adaptability and decisive action are key.
