In my 23-year tenure in IT, specializing in Engineering and IAM, my focus over the past decade has been implementing IAM and GRC platforms for diverse clients. Throughout these projects, I've been responsible for defining and crafting standard operating procedures (SOPs), conducting requirement analysis, and producing essential documentation. I've actively participated in application triage from deployment through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring comprehensive understanding of applications from normal operation to contingency scenarios.My collaboration spans across teams of Developers, Analysts, and Engineers, leveraging my extensive engineering background to fulfill these roles. Wearing dual hats as a Technical Business Analyst, I bring analytical acumen and engineering proficiency to bear. I possess a deep understanding of contemporary cybersecurity challenges, having managed off-hour patching and disaster recovery efforts within enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud services has enriched my insight into modern infrastructure operations.From SAP ERP systems to GRC and IAM tools, I navigate the dynamic landscape of cybersecurity, where norms can swiftly evolve.
