Summer Nuclear Station Units 2 & 3, I was part of a 4 person team tasked with stabilizing the inventory by managing all aspects of Inventory and Materials Management. This included monitoring the shelf life program, ensuring the all In-Storage Maintenance activities were performed, data quality concerns, processing receipts, cycle counting, transfers and preparing for the eventual sale or abandonment of the inventory.
