Working with internationally renowned clients, to deliver bespoke research and insight addressing key stakeholder concerns and areas for business development.Currently I am working with clients such as IKEA, Heathrow airport and Amazon on short and medium term research projects. These are full life-cycle projects (design to debriefing), multi market and factor in trend and competitor analysis. I work closely with our clients to establish a clear understanding of their business, what they want, what they are not sure of and to discuss what they might actually need. This engaged and consultative approach is applied throughout these projects.I also work closely with operations teams, providing structure and support, as well as assisting clients with any internal stakeholder queries.

Managing an operations team responsible for overseeing a client 'help desk' and performance management for a sensitive central government commissioned survey for the Department for Communities & Local Government (DCLG). Project participants were drawn from several thousand client stakeholder organisations - including all English Local Governments and Housing Associations. Setting clear communications strategies, quality checks & training standards were a vital component of the role. I took the lead on many aspects of client engagement and management, presenting back to reporting insight and summaries.Managing with key client stakeholders on a daily basis to offer analysis, insight and education on a pivotal social research project for DCLG.Strong analytical and people management skills were crucial in reviewing data content, process management, data delivery support and structuring communication guidance that was issued to thousands of stakeholder bodies.Questionnaire design, SQL database skills sets, reporting support, on-site/off-site training and time management are vital skills sets also used in this role. In addition strong social policy research and local government knowledge have proved vital.

The IT Project Manager role: managing project set-up, maintenance and development for clients across different sectors, conforming to specific budgets levels and with bespoke IT outputs. With a background in panel management and quality assurance, in my present role I am responsible for coordinating and driving the delivery of project IT systems for TNS Research International’s Service Measurement/Mercury department.Playing a pivotal role in some long term multi million pound projects (as well as lower budget ad-hoc surveys), an everyday function of my role is to balance internal & external client necessities against concerns including supplier resource and cost. Client facing responsibilities are a vital component of this service as is engaging with colleagues at all levels clearly and confidently.

In a role at entailed both client facing and panel management responsibilities, I was responsible for overseeing the performance of research groups in different countries and ensuring fixed standards of quality in supplied outputs. This necessitated both qualitative and quantitative research technics in the delivery of data to an EU market regulator, in turn forming the basis of multi million Euro settlements.In addition to this work, to guarantee quality of service I lead the set-up and managed the maintenance of this projects ISO 9001:2000 accreditation, as well as a subsequent upgrade to the 2008 standard (with no audits failures).Contributions to companywide tenders and quality assurance documentation have also been made at different times.
