❖ At the forefront of policy debates, I join fellow young leaders from across the globe. Together, we develop a tapestry of innovative ideas and solutions for critical issues like Responsible Technology, Health, Environment, and Economics and Trade. Our voices advocating for youth inclusion in policymaking resonate through passionate discussions and in-depth brainstorming. This culminates in concrete proposals presented directly to policymakers. We ensure young voices not only influence decision-making but also shape the future of our communities. • More specifically:❖ I collaborate with young leaders from Africa and Europe to develop evidence-based policy solutions for critical global challenges.❖ I contribute to Chatham House's research by providing feedback and shaping the future research agenda on international affairs.❖ I am part of the team behind the CFC Podcast, where I contribute to brainstorming and developing ideas for different episodes, guiding the direction of the podcast, and engaging potential speakers for episodes. ❖ My engagement with Chatham House as a CFC member allows me to directly inform policymakers about the needs and perspectives of young people around the world.

❖ I represent Zindi in Eswatini and beyond. I am the face of Zindi in major data and AI related events happening within Eswatini.❖ I collaborate with community and university ambassadors to organise and host impactful events that promote AI and Data Science skills.❖ I spread the Zindi mission by engaging with the broader community, creating awareness, and encouraging participation in Zindi challenges and initiatives.❖ I mentor new cohorts of Zindi Ambassadors from different countries across Africa.❖ I play an influencer role on the Zindi platform, plugging the users of the platform with different opportunities on the platform.❖ I moderate the Zindi WhatsApp Community Group.

❖ I represented Zindi at the Deep Learning Indaba 2024 in Dakar Senegal, Deep Learning IndabaX Zimbabwe and Eswatini 2023.❖ I organised Data Science hackathons and events within Zimbabwe and Eswatini, led processions on the events, and conducted technical walkthroughs of the hackathon challenges.❖ I mentored new cohorts of Zindi Ambassadors from different countries across Africa, including Eswatini, South Africa, Namibia, Kenya, Chad and Morocco.❖ I conducted a Responsible AI Training workshop, training about 45 Data Professionals. As an Ambassador I also plan yearly activities for my community, including creating budgets.

❖ I represented Zindi within the Data Science Community in Zimbabwe.❖ I organised Data Science hackathons and events within Zimbabwe, led processions on the events, conducted technical walkthroughs of the hackathon challenges, and mentored those who needed mentorship.❖ I planned yearly Data Science activities for the Zindians in Zimbabwe, came up with budgets for the events, and invited stakeholders, speakers and potential sponsors to the events.

❖ I represented Zindi at NUST, Zimbabwe.❖ I built a machine learning model to predict which loans will end in missed payments and which will not use Python, Data Libraries: Pandas, Scikit Learn, and Matplotlib on Google Collaboratory. The solution helped the insurance company know which clients are likely to default on a loan and which are likely not. It reduced losses by 30%. ❖ I developed a Machine Learning model to predict how much a client will claim from an insurance company per month for a whole year, using Python and data Libraries: Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn and Scikit Learn on Google Collaboratory. The solution helped the company to be better prepared to address claims that are submitted and improve customer satisfaction by alerting clients of possible claims they will make in the future. ❖ I created a Machine Learning model to predict which individuals across Africa and around the world are most likely to be financially resilient or not during the Covid-19 era, using Python, Data Libraries: Pandas, Scikit Learn, Seaborn and Matplotlib on Google Collaboratory. This solution provided insight into people’s financial behaviours and resilience, which further helped financial service providers including insurance companies and banks tailor their services to give their clients the best chance possible to achieve financial resilience.

❖ I develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain business goals.❖ I prepare and implement comprehensive business plans.❖ I do technical consultancy, solutions architecting, supporting the data life cycle by collecting, transforming, analysing data, and communicating results in order to inform & guide business decision-making and solutions implementation.❖ I do Data Quality Assurance on an ongoing basis addressing issues as they occur, one by one or batching and proactively putting measures in place to address possible future occurrences of such issues to ensure compliance with standards.❖ I create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data management, analysis, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the various indicators.❖ I write SQL and FileMaker scripts, extracting data from the EHR and EMR systems running on SQL and FileMaker databases respectively, cleaning the data and prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports for different partners’ indicators.❖ I disaggregate data of the different indicators for programmes that include HIV, TB and Cancer for different partners and stakeholders that include but not limited to PEPFAR, USAID and entry into DHIS2.❖ I create dashboards using Tableau and Microsoft PowerBI for various user groups that include the Executive team, and different external and internal stakeholders.❖ I do Monitoring, Evaluation and Review for TB, HIV and Cancer programmes including special initiatives such as DREAMS. This includes tracking Key Performance Indicators, devising and implementing strategies to achieve the programmes defined goals.❖ I develop AI-powered tools to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.❖ I conduct research, planning and strategising on ways to continuously improve current work and process flow, formulating and testing hypotheses, and doing quality assurance on work done by junior officers.

❖ I guide the organisation towards achieving its mission and maximising its impact. This include from strategic planning and fundraising to managing staff and programmes.❖ I ensure the NGO operates efficiently, ethically, and remains accountable to its donors, beneficiaries, and the wider community.❖ The responsibilities involved with the position has helped me develop strong leadership capabilities as well as excellent communication skills, which makes it easy to build relationships with donors, partner organisations, and the public. It has also helped me to be adept at strategic thinking, financial management, and program evaluation as I ensure the NGO's long-term sustainability and impact.

❖ I take part in the planning of, and taking part in Data Science projects and events organised by Data Science Zimbabwe.❖ I engage on, and co-managing the Data Science Zimbabwe professional media pages, analysing engagement on the pages.❖ I create awareness and representing the organisation on events I attend, getting people and organisations to start interacting with the Data Science Zimbabwe Organisation.

❖ As a CTO, I spearheaded product development, leveraging my expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies in building AI-powered solutions that empower organisations with streamlined and efficient workflows.❖ I worked with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management and production, balancing the long-term and immediate needs.❖ I developed and managed annual and quarterly budgets.❖ I oversaw data security, management, and governance.❖ I managed strategic vendor and technology partner relationships.❖ I managed IT resource allocation, goal/KPI setting, and performance metrics monitoring.❖ I defined the company’s overall technology strategy to support business objectives.❖ I made infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety and soundness, resiliency and scalability in the architecting and engineering of product solutions, as well as managing all technical deliverables.❖ I facilitated the development and implementation of disaster recovery and IT security failure plans.❖ I ensured tight collaboration across departments to drive strategic initiatives, including understanding of the alignment between technology strategy and various technology road maps.❖ I created strategic plans and set timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services.

❖ I was responsible for researching and playing an advisory role to the ICT Manager.❖ I took part in the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP System, from requirements gathering up to deployment, getting involved in every stage. ❖ I set up, maintained and administered the SQL Database used by the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system.❖ I backed up the database daily and periodically, tested the backups every week to ensure data integrity, running batch processes and monitoring servers’ health.❖ I developed data analytics-powered user interfaces and dashboards using Streamlit.❖ I analysed sales, claim submissions, and debtors’ data from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP System and created reports using Microsoft Power BI. The reports helped the Executive team assess the performance of the organisation briefly.❖ I queried the SQL Database for bookings, admissions, and discharge records using the Structured Query Language, to extract the information required by nursing staff for their reports and statistics, daily.❖ I analysed patient statements for drug demand and usage, creating MS Excel reports, weekly. This helped the pharmacy department make data-driven drug stocking and restocking decisions.

❖ Systems administration, systems support, users support, new users training.❖ Installing and configuring the Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP system on client machines.❖ Creating accounts and entering new customers and vendors information into the ERP system.❖ Capturing and posting purchase orders, purchase invoices and purchase receipts into the ERP system.❖ Generating stock sheets in the ERP system, inventory counting, positive and negative adjustment of stock after counting. ❖ Mazowe Pediatrics network infrastructure designing, for network components that include routers, ethernet switches, access points, modems, firewall and network cables.❖ Trunking, running ethernet cables and terminating the same into patch panels and surface boxes.❖ Network testing and troubleshooting, tracing faulty ethernet cables and replacing them.❖ Troubleshooting and configuring the above-mentioned network devices.❖ Deploying the ESET Antivirus Management Agent to computers on the network.❖ Analysing the security status on the ESET server dashboard and resolving issues that need attention.❖ Analysing the security status on the Sophos firewall server dashboard and resolving issues that need attention, creating new user accounts and assigning role-based privileges.❖ Installing and configuring the SQL Server 2016, Windows Server 2019 and Linux server operating systems.❖ Configuring Active Directory Domain Controller and the SQL database, restoring and backing up the same. ❖ Configuring a new Dahua NVR and setting up the IP camera system.❖ Replaying footages to investigate in cases of security breach.❖ Troubleshooting and configuring networked and shared Xerox and HP printers.❖ Preparing payment requisitions for the ICT department’s monthly bills.❖ Gathering quotations, comparing prices and procurement of ICT components. ❖ Attending to user queries through phone calls, help desk system and email.
