Instrumental in breaking into net new enterprise accounts and driving revenue from zero to over thirty million in product sales. Work with technical overlay teams and sales representatives to lead efforts in enterprise accounts identifying and driving technical solutions meeting the business needs and requirements of the customer. Build solid customer relationships with key technical contacts to provide continuing education on company offerings and direction. Deliver technically valid and compelling presentations, confirming solution(s) meet customer needs. Manage the technical post-sales activities; work closely with implementation teams, customer engineers and project managers to ensure a smooth delivery and implementation.Selected Achievements:♦ Instrumental in the turnaround of a large retail chain vowing never to do business with EMC,ultimately resulting in a $4.2M transaction.
