Worked with the Coil Division during and after the new (5) 2-5/8 coil units were built (Mast, Coil Trailers and HP Pump Units and Tool Crib. Purchasing components for the rig builds. Traveled weekly from Houston to Cotulla to take care of operations. After completing the rig builds I was then transferred to operations and became the sole purchaser for the XSR coil division. I also managed the spares /consumable warehouse on my own for the first year. Worked closely with International Operations to forecast preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.Diagnose inventory quantities, ordering more supplies when needed. Contacted suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.Managed a fleet of 45 1 ton pickups and 20 Three Axle TrucksManaged seven rig builds by ordering all parts and services needed as well as sparesPrepared for yearly external inventory auditsHandled all export / import of spares and equipment for international operations.Worked with A/P and the accounting department to close year endActed as a liaison between Accounting and the Procurement department to resolve billing / inventory issues.Determined and made management aware if we had idle assets across entities before purchasing.Was given the task of reimporting two rigs from India. I was boots on the ground packaging and documenting.Closed three yards after operations had left. That involved cleaning, scraping recyclables, and determining and shipping all useful items to other operating yards. Both warehouses I managed passed external yearly inventory audits conducted by PWC. India operations was the companies first warehouse to ever pass the audit in the first year of operation.Responsible for the demobilization, including working with the local logistics company, coordinating with the customs brokerage firms and evaluating location of stacking yards.
