Current• Managing a team of 100+ direct/indirect reports including technicians, engineers and supervisors. • Co-Managing the F21 construction and building operational readiness programs.• Building certification packages and training roadmaps. • Submitting PRs/POs for long lead parts/equipment to ensure we secure parts before commissioning and operational activities. • Mentoring supervisors, engineers and technicians of multiple disciplinary facility roles.• Reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates to ensure they have or can obtain the skills and qualifications needed for FAC operations. • Studying F18 Start Up Lessons Learned to ensure learnings are transferred over to F21 project. • Developing/Reviewing (HAZOP/HMMP) studies for bulk chemical/gas and slurry distribution systems which include PSM/RMP chemistries. Reviewing Standards 1910.119 subpart H/J/BB (Regarding Hazardous Materials). • Assisting with PHAs/JHAs and developing operational programs (i.e. SOPs/training/certification packages/etc.) for PSM/RMP chemicals/gases/waste streams. • Writing SOWs/RFPs/RFQs documentations for outsourcing tasks, chemical forecasting, equipment purchasing, chemical logistic management. • Developing bottoms up budgets, labor models and project plans that include: construction/commissioning/qualification schedules via Microsoft OnePlan. • Participating in design reviews and reviewing options for up scaling equipment. • Co-working with Fab operations modules/vendors & suppliers/ contractors to ensure project timelines are met and equipment is brought online meeting companies specs/qualification criteria’s/schedules. • Setting up commercial negotiations and establishing terms and conditions for services with vendors. • Driving organization culture towards: diversity/inclusion, continuos training/development, safety/quality/attention to detail mindset. • Reviewing P&IDs/PFDs, equipment BOMs, fingerprints and parameter set points for process matching against mother FAB.
