I was responsible for the designing of the entire culinary program for this restaurant.

At Rover's I was responsible for menu creation, staff hiring and training, cost management and the overall operation of a high end kitchen.

During my time in this position I was responsible for the training of all staff including the management beneath me, cost management and the accurate and quality execution of the menus.
