• Supervised Ford Motor Company’s pay point of the Paint department, duties included insuring that Paint department produced and maintained quality trucks to be sent to Ford’s main building for assembly. Was responsible for and provided all aspects of safety, quality, and time keeping.

• Tracked up/downtime of automation in Paint department by implementing Lean Manufacturing. • Scheduled meetings for maintenance crew to insure that all preventative maintenance was being performed, and was responsible for maintenance that needed to be completed. • Used knowledge and skills in assembling parts for cars and trucks in many different departments of the facility, including Main Line, Motor Line, Frame Line, and the Chassis Department. • Successfully trained with many types and sizes of hydraulic hoists and other air tools and machines. As inspector, roll-tested vehicles up to 80 MPH – inspecting units and repairing them.
