Responsibilities include the development of Department forms, Project Estimating, Construction Project Management, Review leases to determine scope of work and define scope of work. I Manage General Contractors as well as Owner Supplied Material Vendors. I have full responsibility of projects From initiation to completion. I am responsible for completing materials and equipment take-offs. Finally I complete field visits to sites under construction to complete punch lists and to ensure quality of work. I work/communicate directly with operations regarding project status and to resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

Aviation Ordinance: Responsible for overall condition of aircraft weapons systems and team leader for the aircraft arming team. As a collateral duty I was the nuclear, biological and chemical weapons Non Commissioned Officer for my unit.
