Responsible for developing strategies for managing a significant portfolio of investments, including meeting with fund managers, preparing and reporting on the analysis of investments and investment strategies, assists in the analysis of a variety of treasury activities including internal investment activity, external investments, banking relationships, cash management, and external relations.

Buying and selling of currencies on the foreign exchange market. Performing research or analysis on a currency pair and finding situations in which a forex transaction has a chance to be profitable. Oversee and complete foreign currency trades on foreign exchanges and in worldwide commodity markets. Supervisory Responsibilities: * Oversee colleagues work when tasks are related to currency exchanges. * Assists with performance evaluations as needed. Duties/Responsibilities: * Oversees and maintains the organizations foreign currency market position. * Executes foreign currency transactions for clients. * Establishes local exchange rates for retail customers based on market fluctuations; communicates rates too and directs other staff accordingly. * Advises international clients on foreign markets and fluctuations. * Maintains current knowledge and close following of major commodity markets including crude oil, petroleum and natural gas products, agricultural products, and precious metals. * Recommends products based on international currency and commodity markets. * Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: * Hires and trains qualified candidates for entry-level roles. * Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the branch. * Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, providing recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment as appropriate. Duties/Responsibilities: * Collaborates with other branch and district managers to set reasonable sales and/or retail goals. * Collaborates with district manager to set performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals and required compliance with internal, local, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations. * Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives. * Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs. * Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff. * Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill. * Collaborates with other managers and district managers regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns. * Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new branches as needed. * Performs other related duties as assigned.
