I am a mechanical engineer with a passion for automotive design and great motivation to develop new skills. I have good computer skills including a wide range of software experience. I am pursing a Mechanical Engineering Degree at UW-Milwaukee. Exemplary scholarship is a major life goal of mine, proved by several successful academic projects, with the most notable being the design and construction of a roof mounted turbine. The project adhered to strict size, cost, and safety requirements while promptly generating electricity under a 20mph wind. Engineering classes with such projects have developed many highly relevant skills, including developing a proficiency for Pro Engineer, while improving interpersonal communication skills necessary for group project success and expediting problem resolution in the work environment. My technical skills were developed via working on the shop floor, assembly department, office, and quality control lab at Rexnord. Other work experience has developed my customer service, communication, and problem solving skills, while developing a mantra to maintain a high quality of work. I am fluent in Polish and have an excellent attendance record. I maintain active memberships in both the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and Phi Sigma Kappa International Fraternity, in which I have held various positions and participated in many events including philanthropy with Special Olympics. Currently, I seek to gain as much experience in the field of mechanical engineering as possible to grow both professionally and personally, further developing and gaining skills. I am very motivated to accomplish any goal I set and conquer all obstacles.
