CurrentWhile Managing Kiosks, I was able to create a successful sales culture and atmosphere that inspires team to drive great results, and develop a passion for the role they play in my stores.While managing multiple Costco kiosks, I was able to successfully build strong and lasting relationships with the store managers, which allows the kiosk to feel comfortable working alongside Costco employees and supervisors. I was able to successfully grand open a new wireless kiosk, including the months before of recruiting and hiring for store, training team, building relationship with new Costco management, and achieving highest scorecard in district for Q3 and Q4.Prepare a game-plan for each month prior to the month starting, by setting goals, creating an effective schedule to maximize all business hours, and complete all necessary tasks quickly and efficiently.Recruited and hired on talented WSE’s and Store Managers throughout the district, by secret shopping local stores, actively searching for potential prospects to bring on to Wireless Advocates.Helped train and prepare DM-NWD San Jose, to be able to understand the daily routine and tasks of a kiosk, and how to effectively coach to the kiosk level.Trained and prepared Store Managers throughout district to be 100% ready to effectively take over their stores, and drive specific results to impact their business scorecards.Prepared effective presentations for monthly Manager meetings to help managers utilize their time more efficiently to have more time focused on driving sales.
