I am a 20 year veteran of the United States Air Force, spent as a senior enlisted leader with a construction and HR management background. The Past 10 years I had the opportunity to lead multiple construction projects, mentor teams, and manage budgets for a 120-man team. The First 10 years of my career was spent in a training and safety environment, where I learned to improve organizational processes and day to day operations in an office setting for 400 members.
