Assist the public in medical emergencies, personal injury and collisions. Determines the nature and extent of illness or injury and establishes priority for required emergency care. Based on assessment findings, renders emergency medical care to adult, infant and child, medical and trauma patients. Provides pre-hospital emergency medical care of simple and multiple system trauma such as controlling hemorrhages, treatment of shock (hypo perfusion), bandaging wounds, and immobilization of painful, swollen, deformed extremities. Assists in childbirth, management of respiratory, cardiac, diabetic, allergic, behavioral and environmental emergencies and suspected poisonings. Reassures patients and bystanders by working in a confident, efficient manner. Reports verbally and in writing emergency medical care rendered to the patient at the scene of the emergency. Transports injured or sick patents to the receiving facility or hospital. Upon request, provides assistance to the receiving facility staff. Duty positions include Officer in Charge of the ambulance crew, Aide, Trainer and ambulance driver.

Responsible for Continental United States (CONUS)-based property as well as Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS)-based property located in the U.S. Military Area of Responsibility (AOR) including Afghanistan and South/Central America. Senior Property Manager and AnalystThe Senior Property Manager and Analyst directs and controls the activities for property control thus having overall control for writing, planning and implementing detailed processes to effectively manage over $2,000,000,000.00 worth of US government property used in the former Soviet Union, Georgia, Uzbekistan and Ukraine for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Cooperative Threat Reduction Program (CTR). Prepares and submits data forms as necessary to support the movement, storage, transportation and property accountability of CTR equipment from acquisition through contract closeout. Responsible for training related to property management. Possess knowledge of standardized supply regulations, policies, procedures or other written or verbal instructions relating to receipt issue/storage and disposal of United States Government owned property. Maintain all files, records, documentation and letters. Assist with all aspects of Audit and Examination efforts under international agreements.

U.S. Government Property Manager for the Presidential Helicopter Program (VH71 Program)The Government Property Manager served as the focal point for the AgustaWestlandBell (AWB) property management program. Possess the knowledge, stature, authority, and accountability required to effectively control the acquisition, use, and disposal of property. Provides direction, leadership, and general supervision of the implementation and maintenance of the AWB’s property management program overseeing the accountability of over $100,000,000.00 worth of United States Government owned property located in England , Italy, New York State, Maryland, Texas and California. Responsible for establishing and maintaining AWB’s Government property procedures in order to satisfy the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS); Responsible for Establishing and training for Property Accountability ensuring that each ITP or their designated person accounts for and controls all property within their section; Ensuring that required reports are correct and submitted by all Sub-Contractors to AWB, and to the Government as required; Ensures that AWB and its Sub-Contractors, records are reconciled, and discrepancies are investigated and resolved; Served as Property Administrator (PA) to each contract requiring the administration of Government property.

Prepares updates and maintains the logistics policies and procedures for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) ensuring they are in compliance with the Financial Management Regulation (FMR), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DOD Policies and DIA regulations. Ensures compliance with agency supply and logistics policy and procedures. Annually inspects each of the 22 property book teams and 41 property book specialists that maintain 494 property book accounts valued at $397,374,770. Performs property accountability assistance visits/inspections down to the hand receipt holder/activity supply coordinator level. Provides monthly agency training on the Property Accountability Support System (PASS). Ensures the property listed on report of surveys is accurately listed on property records and the date of acquisition and acquisition costs are accurately reflected. Also ensures property is properly dropped from the property book records once the report of survey is signed. Maintains report of survey suspense files. Coordinates the monthly input for the financial feeder report (Capital Asset Report) with stakeholders (Property Book Teams and Real Property Managers) and provides input to division chief. Provides metrics on significant performance indicators for use during the monthly review and analysis.

Assist in the administration and control of plant property, property used by contractors, IT specialists, U.S. Navy owned equipment, land and buildings, IT equipment, government furnished equipment (GFE), buyer furnished equipment (BFE) and government supplied materials (GSM), vehicles, and all non-expendable supplies and equipment. Monitored 50 Equipment Control Coordinators located at three major sites: Naval Research Laboratory, Washington D.C.; Stennis Space Center, Louisiana; and Monterey, California.
