This led to a 60% higher selection rate for personnel approved for military service on their first visit. Updates and publishes the operations manual as necessary in order to provide the best possible guide to the customers that use the MEPS.Coordinates certification, recertification, and sustainment training for all employees in order to maintain regulatory compliance.Manages a travel budget in excess of $250,000 annually with zero discrepancies.Accounts for and maintains over $100,000 worth of equipment.Hires, trains, and cross-trains new employees in all aspects of the business.Maintains safety by educating personnel on and enforcing all safety standards in accordance with federal mandates.
