Provided solutions for an existing manufacturing firm to stay in the community and expand utilizing a Rural Development Block Grant of $500,000. Facilitated programs to embrace entrepreneurial progress. Submitted over 40 full proposals to market the community and secure site visits. Successful recruits were: Gossner Cheese, Mulholland Positioning Systems, Dutchmen Manufacturing, Coast to Coast Carports, Les Schwab re-cap facility, US Geothermal, Wyoming Ethanol, Pacific Ethanol, Lippert Manufacturing, DOT Foods, High Dessert Milk, Hy-Line International and pending RV suppliers. Coordinated with all city and county representatives through an innovative council to proactively seek solutions to mutual problems.

Major responsibilities were to recruit, retain and assist with growth opportunities with heavy emphasis in manufacturing. Conducted NxLevel entrepreneurial trainings for existing and start-up businesses. Recruited two manufacturing companies and did one-on-one consulting with existing businesses.

Taught courses in the Entrepreneurship Program including New Venture Creation, Managing an Emerging Business and Entrepreneurial Skills.
