A dynamic and focused executive leader, Lean Six Sigma facilitator and educator. With more than 20 years of leadership experience and progressively advancing healthcare roles. I have developed and built capacity throughout organizations by enabling teams to accomplish their goals. I believe that success is driven by building robust processes with clear expectations, enabling teams, providing people with the tools to solve complex problems, and helping teams understand how their work impacts the overall system.
