Responsible to produce documentation within set time limits, meeting defined quality standards. Duties included leadership, mentorship, and continued professional development.

Job Captain. Responsible for control of drawing set and physical production of documentation. Responsible for clarity and quality of documentation. Responsible for understanding, implementing, and providing suggested improvements to company drafting standards. Responsible for creating a mentor-protege relationship with the licensed architects I worked with, asking questions, listeng to and understanding the answers. Duties included office IT and cad management, and workstation troubleshooting.
