Assigned to Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company Projects. Line 300 expansion. Worked on Survey permissions August to September 15 2008. From September 2008 to May 2009 worked in County Court House’s Recorder of Deeds office performing title searches on property updates. Past fifty years on Land Owners involved in pipeline expansion project.

York, Pennsylvania Area

Assigned to Williams PIPE line Company. Duties consisted of pipe line survey from Monroe County Ohio through Marshall County West Virginia and across southern Pennsylvania from Greene County to York County. Including working with surveyor’s, archaeologist, and endangered Species survey crews. Reason for leaving employment reduction, contact Jordan Hull.

Rochester, New York Area

Assigned to Empire Pipe Line Company, Williamsville New York working on The Empire Line from Rochester to Corning New York. Duties consisted of Easement acquisition ROW, Court House research updating deeds as needed negotiating crop and property damages. Contact Jeff Sloan project supervisor for reference (716) 640-3100.

Assigned to Mid-Atlantic Express office in Harve De Grace, Maryland. Duties included court house office of registry of deeds researching property owners deeds, initial contact for survey permission from property owners for proposed pipe line route. Worked with survey crews aligning permission with land owners for surveying proposed pipe line right of way.

Seneca Falls, New York Area

Worked in New York State obtaining property leases for gas and oil drilling programs. Negotiating crop damages to property owners resulting from geophysical seismic procedures. Adept in computer access researching data in court houses pertaining to subject properties.

Assigned to Vermont Gas, South Burlington, Vermont. Duties included Court House Registry of Deeds Office, researching and up dating of property owner deeds, mapping and negotiating land acquisition easements for natural gas pipeline.
