On June 18, 2014, I began my role as Production Manager/Supervisor at Abcon Products, where I oversee the scheduling and production of packaging materials for blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry harvesting. I have introduced new ideas and cost-saving measures, such as daily labor hour calculations and record-keeping for production and profitability. Implementing the 5S system has helped reduce waste and improve productivity by maintaining an organized workspace and using visual cues for consistent operational results.
