Chep (a Brambles company) has 7500+ employees in 47 countries servicing over 345,000 customer locations maintaining an asset base of over 400 million pallets and containers. CHEP leases and distributes pallets and containers to manufacturers and a network of retail establishments around the world. Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing supply chain savings opportunities for account base. Developed new business to drive revenue growth. Provide direction, leadership, and development of large national retail accounts including Meijer, Roundy's, Spartan, Piggly Wiggly, Big Lot's, and Shopko, with volume exceeding $35 million dollars. - Exceeded growth targets by 3.8% in 2012, 6.5% in 2013 and 7.2% in 2014. - Led cross functional teams (including customer service, logistics, and supply chain team) and partnered with key retail accounts to deliver multi-million dollar savings and revenue growth. - Develop vision and strategies to implement with key executive customer base to ensure business growth and simultaneously drive value across retailers supply chain. - Mediated between accounts and upper level management to maximize supply chain efficiencies and to resolve distribution, quality, and service level issues to ensure retention of business. - Successfully negotiated a new contract with Piggly Wiggly that increased revenue 18% while helping customer save over $18,000 in transportation costs.

Responsible for identifying and closing new business leads, cutting expenses out of the supply chain for Kroger. Key point of contact for 37 retail distribution centers and 30 manufacturing plants within my region. - Delivered increased volume and revenue through the Kroger Retail and Kroger Manufacturing supply chains. - Increased manufacturing revenue by 7% in 2009, increased manufacturing volume by 6.24% in 2010, and increased revenue by 8% in 2011. - Managed retail transfers over budget by 4% in 2010 and by 4.5% in 2011. - Successfully negotiated the contract renewal for the CHEP program for an additional 5 years.

Responsible for sales in $21M territory (largest in the US). Provide qualified new sales leads, and sold to close identified open lanes. - Exceeded goal for qualified sales leads by 25% by obtaining advocacy throughout the supply chain. - Managed two CHEP Service Centers to ensure adherence to CHEP inspection, sanitation, and shipping guidelines. - Developed plans for correcting service and product failures for the customers and implemented long term solution that satisfied both the customer and CHEP.
