My main task was the teaching of electrical engineer students in the subjects Automation and Control engineering focusing on PLC-programming. I also gave lessons to other kind of engineering students, like mechatronic, logistic and informatics where our institute is interested in their subjects. I also worked on research projects, they are listed below.FIEK: I participated in the development of the ÉMI’s facility management system, in the planning of some projects of BOSCH and I worked also on the elaboration of the Test management system for SEGAFIKP: In that project we worked together with the DIPA Inc. (paper manufacturing company) where we had to make hardware, software upgrades in one of their paper processing machines. We integrated a new PLC with an HMI, connected to a desktop computer.In the heat sources upgrade at the University, we had to change the old controllers of the facilities. I had to program their newly integrated PLCs’ software with the cooperation of the University’s Technical team. Close to this topic we had to make a new workstation in the operator’s room with a new SCADA-HMI tool. This project has been published in a conference in Serbia, and it has been printed out as an article in a scientific journal.

The database stores the location, structure hierarchy and other information of these tools. Development of incentive payroll application, and payroll (finished project)I made the incentive payroll for the partners of the client bank, with my self-developed program. My task was to track the sales production of the bank and to calculate the monthly incentive to the partners.

I did financial risk analysis, assessment and tailor-made offers to my customers, altogether material and non-material insurances, for short and long terms. I developed a new application which helped the agents to report their daily production and helped the managers to monitor their area’s production.

I handled the complex projects of festal and topical light-decorations of local governments, shopping-centers and on-demand handling the customer’s orders.My tasks were the negotiation with the competent person, planning and demonstrating the light-decorated design and finally controlling the installation.

I started to work as a personal banker at Citibank, but after some years I have been appointed for loan area manager. My added value helped my team to step into the top three in the nation-wide sales competition.My daily routine was the support of my agents in my area with methods of coaching, and goal-orientated motivating. I used to hold weekly/monthly meetings, which provided information change between us, and made possible to handle the personal commitments for the agents.My main task was to improve the sales results, which was ensured by personal coaching and motivation. I supported their jobs with micro-marketing doings, corporate contacts, and advertisements.The hiring was an important point of my job, keeping in mind the recruiting policy of the bank. I tracked the newly contracted agents and secondly, I „started” them, which is a siginificant task in an agent’s work.I developed a new, Excel-based, informatics system, that helped to identify a loan product, and handled the campaign and loan identifiers which could be placed to the application. This program was used by agents and bankers and ensured that the loans get into the right channel at Risk management.Finally, I created a pre-scoring application, that can be accessed by outer partners
