I have professional qualifications in Business Analysis, Law and Human Resources and have 5 years management experience. I now specialise in business analysis for projects, process improvement, conducting reviews into areas that require improvement, facilitating workshops and consulting within the university to drive continuous improvement. I'm also a trained coach and mentor. I enjoy solving complex problems - analysing the fine detail of operations and bringing them into alignment with our organisation's strategic goals.
