I was first appointed a Store Manager in February 2004 and since then I have had the opportunity to lead vast and diverse teams in 7 different stores in both South East Queensland and North Queensland. This has included the opportunity to lead and manage one of the highest volume stores in the state as well as opening a new Supermarket. During my time in various leadership roles within the business I have learned to build, develop and inspire teams to achieve results in sales, loss and profit while maintaining high standards of food safety & regulatory compliance, presentation and customer service across the store. I commenced with Coles Supermarkets in 1986 and over the years have developed and grown through the ranks performing in various leadership roles across some of the largest volume stores in the Brisbane Metropolitan area and have operated in 19 different stores during my 30 year career.
