NQ Technical Repair Engineer, with the training, development and mentoring under British Gas.I was put through and completed a further 10 week Technical Training Course with British Gas via the Skills Training Group, Paisley. I then entered and completed a 3 month mentoring programme under guidance from an experienced engineer and passed a number of internal assessments from our quality assurance team. Having completed my mentoring process I am now solo working gaining experience daily, building up my knowledge fault finding, working on a variety of different systems and boiler manufacturers. Using a number of resources available to fault find quickly and efficiently to give the customer first time fix where possible working towards company performance targets. I have also now completed my Gas Fire and Unvented Cylinder qualifications since joining British Gas.
