With over six years of experience as an Executive Director at CatholicCare Central Queensland, I have been leading and managing a diverse and dynamic organisation that provides social services and support to the communities in the region. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Graduate Certificate in Catholic Culture and Leadership from Australian Catholic University, as well as skills in Accounting, strategy, leadership and risk management. I have been overseeing the financial, operational, and strategic aspects of the organisation, ensuring compliance, accountability, and sustainability. I have also been collaborating with the Board of Directors, the senior management team, the staff, and the stakeholders to deliver high-quality and impactful services that align with the Catholic mission and values. As a Board Member and Chair of the Finance Committee at Benevolent Living, I have been contributing to the governance and oversight of a leading aged care provider in the region, supporting its vision and goals.
