MWS reviews of all aspects of OWF construction including heavy lifting, cable lay and trenching, installation of monopiles, transition pieces, towers, nacelles and blades. Assessment of marine spreads proposed in tender documents etc. Have developed Tow and Hook-up Procedures for a number of FPSO/FPU projects, technical author for Joint Offload Manual for export tanker loading. Developed a Marine Operations Manual for a new, state of the art, deep water AHV/light construction vessel. Recently undertook a role as interim Principal Marine Consultant co-ordinating the Marine Team in a busy Consultancy Office.
