Final product is completed in a sealed and controlled environment indoors for consistent and repeatable quality, yield and terpene profiles. Water conservation and optimization design reduces net water use to almost -0-. Recovery of humidity and recycle of nutrient water with 100% reuse ability. Integration of dissolved oxygen systems and Ultrasonic Nutrient optimization for complete control of nano sized feeding processes and disinfection.

Senior Project Engineer at Ecosphere Technologies, Inc. Responsible for all product definition, product quality control and customer acceptance documentation. Liaison between engineering and manufacturing checking accuracy of process control documents and inspection drawings for all EF80 system production. Lead project manager for all offshore product proposals, including specification details for Class 1 Division 1 manufacturing and product requirements. Responsibilities include management of drafting team, chemical engineering team and all company new product development engineering projects. Responsible for all field engineering support for pilot projects in the mining and wastewater industries, following safe working practices utilizing national and international classification rules and regulations. Lead Project Manager for setup and demonstration of EPDM document control system, engineering and change control workflow, and ECO release approvals and communication. Project manager at AVStar Aircraft Accessories. Developed CAD models, design layouts and documentation for Carburetor systems and Servo Fuel Injectors. Worked directly with the FAA through the conformity process and successfully received Part Manufacturing Approval (PMA) for 16 carburetor models and 18 Fuel Injector Servo systems. Responsibilities included flow bench testing and documentation, QC systems operation and all material and vendor quality control management.

Development of water reuse system for Cheeca Lodge in the Florida keys. Designed and installed a 100,000 GPD tertiary water treatment plant to allow the customer to reuse wastewater for landscape irrigation. Successful operation of new design allowed the customer to recoup the cost within 6 months. Plant still operating successfully today.

Responsible for Engineering and Manufacturing teams project deliverable to customers. Integration of several 40 ft containerized mobile water treatment plants for sewer mining and industrial wastewater treatment. Lead project manager for 4 million dollar water treatment system integrated and installed on the Disney Magic cruise ship. Coordinated and worked with the ships engineering department to install system in 9 months while sailing the carribean and Mexican rivera coasts. Worked with several large cruise lines surveying and proposing water treatment systems for wastewater and ballast water systems.

On going design project working with Vice President of Engineering of Techinomics Bruce Alfee. Developed and installed enviromental clean coal throats to reduce emissions. Worked in field operations for site surveys and installation of technology demonstrations in Sheffield England, Lecce Italy. Design contract through Beyond The Board, Inc.

Chief engineer from company conception to technology sale to the marketplace. Worked in Pittsburgh as project manager with Carnege Mellon National Robotics Engineering Consortium in development of a water pressure paint stripping robotic vehicle system. Responsibilities included design and integration of support containerized systems, pumps, generators, automation controls, logistics, and field support services. Successfully demonstrated technology at several shipyards worldwide, Setubal Portugal, Freeport Grand Bahama, and Gulf Coast repair yards. Worked closely with the US Navy to demonstrate technology for replacing grit blasting for coating removal on flight deck non skid surfaces. Designed manufactured and demonstrated a automated robotic non skid refurb robot on the Carrier John F. Kennedy CV 67. Other United States Navy projects included the USS cole DDG-67, Carrier Dwight D Eisenhower CVN-69, LPD-12 Shreveport, USS Monterey CG-61 Worked closely with all field service operations with worldwide logistics, system transport and internal quality control and safety. Successfully applied for and received ISO9001 certification for UltraStrip Systems in 2001.
