Perform the traditional role as the senior Staff Noncommissioned Officer within the Command.Perform as the primary advisor to the Commanding Officer on the morale and welfare of the enlisted Marines of the recruiting station, and in the handling of numerous personal problems which surface on recruiting duty.Perform duties as Pool Manager and Command Recruiting Program Manager.Participate as a member of the Recruiting Station Command Group by providing analysis of recruiting operations and activities, specifically as related to the Pool Program and Command Recruiting Program.Provide leadership training and mentoring to the enlisted members of the Command.Assist in ensuring that the recruiting station and substations receive proper operational, administrative, logistical and public affairs support.
