Works with internal TerraPower personnel as well as the (PPP) Primary Project Participants to ensure that the project documentation was incorporated into the PPP project documentation.A liaison between TerraPower and the PPPs to enable a smooth line of communication, connecting the appropriate personnel between companies that allows work to proceed with minimal obstacles.Developed and updated Standard Operating Documents for the Natrium Project.Sent out applicable documentation updates from the Design Authority to the PPPs on a weekly basis.

Supported manufacturing in a Thin Plate Pure Lead (TPPL) Battery plant.Responsible for three manufacturing lines by developing and updating Operating Procedures and Operating Standards ensuring the latest methods and best practices are being utilized.Maintained and improved efficiency through training and equipment upgrades, conducted continuous improvement projects and experiments, as necessary.Performed safety audits and GEMBA walks daily that supported safety and quality improvement initiatives.
